More than the mere number of hours of sleep that you grant yourself, I invite you to examine the quality of your rest.
Look at this subject as if you are giving advice to someone you really care about (like your best friend or a child), and consider how can you be a great deal kinder to yourself when it comes to your bedtime routine.
Do you allow stress and worry and all kind of unsettled thoughts to accompany you under the covers? Think ahead - how can you become more aware of this and, instead, be deliberate and conscious about leaving them outside the sanctuary of your night abode.
