"How much should I give away for FREE?"?

"How much should I give away for FREE?"

"How much value should I give away for free Carlos?"

"If I give away too much for Free, why would people want to pay to work with me?"

I've heard these words from almost every coach I have worked with.

We fear that if we share too much "value", there'll be no reason for anyone to pay to work with us anymore.

Sharing valuable and useful information online is the best way to build authority with your audience.

Showing them you have THE SOLUTION to their problems is always a good idea.

But how much of this knowledge should you share?

How much is not enough and how much is too much?

-"If I resolve my target audience's problems for FREE, why would they pay to work with me?"

And it's a legit concern, this is about helping people but you need to make your business profitable if you want to keep doing so... I get it!

Ok, before I give you my short and long answer, let me ask you something:

-Did you ever experience having someone in your audience that keeps raising their hand about your free content, and they seem to be always stuck in the same place?

Yes, me too!

Since I started my online journey about 10 years ago, I have seen way too many, some are still part of my network.

These people consume your free content and never buy, because of two main reasons:

1.-They are suffering from "Chronic Inactionitis" - AKA stuck and unable to make a decision to move forward

2.-They are not your ideal client - Or at least not yet

So, stop getting fixated on those that keep showing interest only in your free stuff and never seem to take action on it, you probably don't want to work with them anyway...

But let's not get off-topic... And to the question:

"How much of my content is it OK to give away for FREE?"

My short answer is "As much as you can, fearless and without a worry"

We live in the digital era, information is now fully available to the general public, almost without limit... People don't struggle because of a lack of INFORMATION...

They struggle because of a lack of help with the IMPLEMENTATION.

Also, note, that when you are fearing that giving away too much will backfire on your success as a business owner, you are operating from a place of scarcity.

And you cannot grow an abundant business with a scarcity mindset.

Now, it's true that there's ways to deliver that FREE information effectively.

I am not saying that you should altruistically open the gates to all the content that you have generated over the years with sweat and tears...

What I am saying is that all this knowledge and IP that you have acquired and generated over time, is not being properly used if you keep it secret to yourself or just to your dearest paid clients...

You should leverage all this effort and hard work and give it freely in a way that drives BUSINESS and helps you grow and scale.

If you have been coaching clients for a while, you must have a fair bit of content that you use to coach them. Tools and resources that you make available to them for them to get the results they pay for, right?

Ok, that's great news then!

Because you can use all this knowledge and "already-created-stuff" to create fantastic marketing material that will convert like a treat, all without compromising your business success.

You can make your audience feel that you are giving away EVERYTHING YOU GOT, but still keeping to yourself the secret sauce. So they still come back for MORE

Now you are building trust and authority, creating killer content without having to come up with "Novel Prize grade" marketing ideas.

Just while coaching your clients, helping them get results, and leveraging that time and effort to come up with your marketing content.

Think about that for a second:

Your best FUTURE clients are out there, and their needs, problems, and desires are exactly the same as the ones of your CURRENT clients.

Wouldn't it make sense then, to use the real-life experiences (including the tools and strategies) from serving your real clients to speak to your IFC (Ideal Future Clients) out there?

Exactly!

There's no need to add more work to your busy schedule, and there's no need to be a Content Cration Ninja either.

You already know what inspires, helps, and changes the lives of your clients, you know EXACTLY what they want and what they need.

This is the first step of what we will be doing in the Clients & Systems Workshop next Wednesday 8th of June at 11:00 AM EST time.

We will share the exact method we use to create content that sells while removing all the guesswork when creating it. And there's no extra time or "divine content inspiration" required.

Just what you already have.

We will also be implementing:

  1. The High Ticket Clients Machine? - to generate leads every day using that same content
  2. The Godfather Offer System? - to close clients every week into your business)
  3. The Hero Identity Model? - to make sure that you do all that, operating always from your Zone of Genius)

If you'd like to download a copy of the workbook with all the flowcharts, worksheets, and systems for the workshop, here’s the link: https://www.clientsandsystems.io/optin ?

It would be great to see you there!?

To your success,

Carlos Adell

P.S. If you'd like to implement the 3 systems with us live on zoom, there's details of the Clients & Systems Workshop on the page, too.
