Eat plenty of Protein
There are 2 ways that we can build muscle as we age:
When we can retain and build our muscles, our metabolism is stronger!
When our metabolism is stronger, we utilize our foods better and we may notice some slimming happening.
Undereating can cause a more sluggish metabolism and making it harder to lose inches/weight.
We want to eat just the right amount of good foods that fuel our bodies.
So how much protein should I eat?
