How much ££?!

Helping ambitious men supercharge their fitness, career, relationships and finances so they can live life on purpose.
Last year I worked with a chap in his mid-thirties.
He's a father of two and a business owner.
To say that this man was stressed and out of shape would be an understatement!
By his own admission, he was at least fifty pounds overweight.
He was on medication for seriously high blood pressure and borderline type two diabetic.
We had been speaking for a couple of months via email as he'd shown interest in working with me on one of the transformation programs I run.
When he first applied, we had a chat, and he thought that the program that I had to offer was way too expensive.
After the call, I emailed him to let this know I'd check in on him in a month to see how he was getting on.
Around two months later he got in touch with me. I had not heard from him since our call. He wanted to jump on the phone rather than sending emails back and forth. "You have got to help me Jonny", he said, in a worried voice.
After five minutes of chatting, it was clear that this guy was moving even faster to poor health.
His weight had stayed the same, but his blood pressure meds had increased, and he was on the verge of having to take on more medication for his blood sugars.
He'd done well in terms of trying to exercise more and change some of his diet, but there were some other things that he wasn't addressing with his lifestyle that were clearly making his situation worse.
After a couple of months of working with him, we got him off blood pressure medication completely, and his blood sugar levels thankfully got back into a safe range.
He told me that he couldn't get his head around how simple it was to start making such dramatic changes to his health. Ones that didn't require him to exercise every day or even go to the gym.
He's in a great place now, physically and mentally.
It's great to see.
The reason I am sharing this with you is that there is always a cost involved.
Particularly with your health.
If you decide to make positive changes, it will cost you.
You'll be forced to take some different actions, spend your energy differently, and there may be some financial cost too.
But often, with health and fitness, there's a higher cost to pay that comes when you don't take action. If you stay the same, and where you are isn't healthy, that's a high price to pay.
If you're struggling to fit into clothes, it costs you your pride and self-esteem.
Or if you're not fit enough to do the things you'd like to do with your kids, that's robbing you the opportunity of having more fun with your loved ones.
If you haven't got the energy you'd like, that is costing you and affecting the ones who love you — big time.
Change or no change, there's always a cost.

PS - I'm keen to speak to 5 people who have 5-20lbs to lose, and want to do so without and crazy long exercise sessions, and without giving up their favourite foods.
Hit reply and let me know if that sounds like you.
