It's the most common question we're asked by prospective clients: how much is HubSpot

Indeed, "hubspot pricing" is amongst the most-searched keywords related to HubSpot as a whole.

And while it's tempting to start with "IT'S FREE!" (oops, just did) I thought a break down of the popular options and pricing mechanisms might help.


?? - Free Plans

OK - first off, yes HubSpot really does have plans that are completely free. If you're a micro-business and you're looking to manage your contacts in a system other than a spreadsheet (please, please don't do this) then HubSpot's free plan is your best friend.

The underlying CRM - or Customer Relationship Management - software is free for life, so whether you add paid functionality in the future or not, you can start working smarter - not harder - for FREE, today.

The free plans also span their market-leading Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations and most recently - CMS! - Hubs, so there's more than enough functionality to get you started on your journey to GROW BETTER.


?? - Starter Plans

HubSpot's Starter plans across their Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations and CMS Hubs extend limits and some functionality (e.g. more pages on CMS Hub), as well as removing HubSpot branding from key assets.

If you've opted for the non-spreadsheet way to run a business and you need a little extra wiggle room, that's where the Starter plans come into play.


?? - Professional Plans

Here's where things get interesting. Now we're talking about funded startups, scale-ups, all the way through to significant, mid-market businesses.

HubSpot's Pro plans ain't "cheap", but nothing worth having really is. We all know the triangle, right? Good - Fast - Cheap? Pick two. For most scaling companies, that's Good and Fast.

HubSpot's pricing works in such a way to make their platform incredibly flexible.

Looking for extra firepower in the Marketing department? Automation, social media management, email marketing, landing pages and so much more? Hop on the Marketing Hub Pro plan and add your entire team - there are no per user licenses here (looking at you, Salesforce).

Looking to build out an efficient and effective Sales team and process? HubSpot's pipeline, deal management, forecast, calling, coaching, playbooks (now on the Pro plan) and more helps you grow the biggest and best sales force out there. There is per user pricing here - but it's worth noting that only those users really using the Sales Hub functionality needs have a seat.

Looking to run a sophisticated support system, world-class website full of personalised content or integrated data management system all based on the raw power of your CRM? The Service, CMS and Operations Hubs allow HubSpot to be the only platform truly, for the vast majority of businesses, currently capable of delivering on the promised single customer view. If you're a business that means business, the Pro plans on these Hubs will get you there.


?? - Enterprise Plans

Sometimes you have to choose: red pill or blue?
