How much is enough?

I spend my working life with Business Owners & Executives (who are entrepreneurs – internally or external) helping them find the missing pieces in their business, then to apply them & to use them to meet their goals & preferred outcomes.
The process is simple – identify where you want to be in 12 months’ time. See what went well in the last 12 months. What didn’t.
Clearly see where you are today. Then work out the skills & resources needed to bring today & the 12-month future together. Get to work breaking this down into strategy and then tactics with a healthy dose of skills transfer & learning built-in.
The execution is often complex. Many of my clients have no clear idea of where they want to be – just that they are not happy with where they are or the rewards they are generating. So the time has to be spent on uncovering why they do what they do (most commonly - to do something they are good at & to give their loved ones the best lifestyle possible) then figuring out what they want to get out of their efforts for themselves & their clients.
For any strategy to be meaningful & useful you have to be able to answer this question: “How much is enough?’
Enough money. Enough time doing what you want. Enough clients. Enough travel. Enough…
Surprisingly few people can answer this question without putting some serious work into it.
So how much is enough for you?
If you’d like a hand determining the answer & then turning it into a meaningful program of strategy & tactics, tools & techniques to get you to where you have more than enough hit me up in the comments for a chat…
