What’s Included in the SAP Fee?

Initial SAP Evaluation Your first step in the SAP process. This is a 1-hour video appointment where your SAP assesses your situation and determines your next steps.

Education or Treatment Recommendations Your SAP will create a personalized plan and refer you to the necessary education or treatment. These referrals are included in the SAP fee. However, the courses or counseling themselves are your responsibility, as required by DOT regulations.

Follow-up Evaluation Once you’ve completed the recommended steps, your SAP will conduct a final evaluation to ensure compliance and progress. Note: You cannot take your return-to-duty drug test until this step is completed.

Reports for Your Employer All employer-required documentation is included in your SAP fee.

Payment Plan Option

We understand that financial flexibility is important. That’s why we offer a payment plan:

• Start with $250 – Pay this amount to begin your SAP evaluation.
• Second Invoice: $250 – After your first appointment, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

Legal Requirements & Referrals

It’s important to know that SAPs have legal obligations regarding referrals.

• Virtual Treatment Options – You’ll receive virtual options to complete your required education or treatment.
• Your Responsibility – The costs of these courses are not included in the SAP fee.
• No Dual Roles – By law, a SAP cannot provide both the evaluation and treatment services, ensuring impartiality.
