How much does Co-Working cost?

This time of year a lot of people are thinking of making changes, they have had time to think over Christmas and want to do some things differently a lot of people look at their jobs or how they are doing their job and wonder can they do it better and more enjoyable. Some are tired of sitting at home and want a change and they might be looking at joining a Co-Working space. Now how much does a Co-Working space actually cost?
Depending on what you want you can use a Co-Working space for just under €7 ex VAT a day once you sign up for a monthly membership. For instance:
Unlimited Monthly Membership for Hot Desking €199 + vat / 30 days = €6.63 + vat a day.
A good rule of thumb is the longer the term you rent the cheaper it is per day.
Our Daily rate is €25 + vat, which is perfect for those who only want to use for a day here and there.
Now what about an actual office? This really comes down to one of two factors, number of desks or size of the office. There are other variables such as fit out required, location and others but they are the two main factors. A guideline would be €500 – 600 for a 2-person office in our Cork City location. As the office required grows or if it’s for a long length of time, discounts are applied.

There are other options available and Co-Working spaces will work with you to create a plan that works for both of you. ?With the prices above we in Culture include all service charges, light, heat and rates so you only have one bill to pay. The only extras we charge are for printing, so you know what your bill is going to be, and we issue it to you on the 1st of every month.
