How Much Do You Want Your Dream?

It's all too easy to be lost in a world of make believe, where your longed for hopes can seem to be nothing more than a distant pipe dream, isn't it? You know what you want, but you don't really believe, in your heart, that it's actually possible to get there; after all, you've tried so hard, and for so long, yet never arrived, haven't you?
It isn't wrong to dream; it isn't wrong to long for something more, something that would make your life better, and very likely the lives of those you love too, but how do you get there?
Whenever you have a dream, the first and most important thing you need to do, is to recognise it, and to make sure you really want it; in other words, that it's your dream, and not a dream that belongs to another person altogether, or another time, or place.
Secondly, you need to look at how you're going to achieve it - do you already have the tools in place? Have you got the wherewithal to realise your dream, and soon? In other words, is your dream something you can achieve on your own? Or do you need help to make it happen? And do you know where to find that help?
Thirdly, you must decide if your dream is worth so much to you, that you're prepared to go all out for it! And that, therefore, if you decide that it is, you are totally willing to make the sacrifices that will be necessary to achieve it?

Now these questions hold true for you, whatever your dream is, and however long you've held that dream; and they are definitely the most relevant questions out there when it comes to a long term dream to be able to reach a lifelong healthy weight, which is what all my clients long for.
But, whether it's weight loss for you, or a utterly different dream, my challenge to you today, is to ask yourself these questions,
