How much difficult to learn Salesforce ( Admin Role)

**NO TECHNICAL BACKGROUND REQUIRES TO LEARN SALESFORCE ADMIN :) 

Before to understand how much difficult to learn Salesforce I want to introduce one of my family members.

Her name is Vidhi Rathore and she is my niece. She knows how to operate any Andriod phone, DSLR camera (AUTO mode :P), image editing apps and many more gadgets.

If you ask her to play Chotu Motu (Cartoon characters) video on youtube, She will play for you and she will notice you while playing. If you don't seem happy with that video she will play one more interesting video according to her understanding.

Do you know how is she able to do all the stuff? Because she doesn't know the meaning of difficulty. It's her need or curiosity to learn about the particular gadget.

She is only 2 Year 7-month old little baby :)

The greatest difficulty always comes right before the birth of a dream.

To understand the difficulty level of Salesforce learning process (Admin Role) we have an example for you. Assume Salesforce has built a supercar with so much functionality and now Salesforce launched this car to market with user manual.

Now you don't know how to drive any car but you have to drive this because it's your dream. Below mentioned are steps about how to learn to drive this Supercar.

First Step: You have to learn about steering, clutch, brake, and accelerator and their role to drive car successfully.

Conclusion: It means to learn Salesforce as Admin guy you must know the core feature of Salesforce Technology.

Second Step: You have to drive the car on your local road (Your developer ORG) because if you learn the only functionality of the core components and you don't drive the car then your destination will never come.

Conclusion: Get your hands dirty is the only way to learn Admin part of Salesforce technology.

Once we are completed with first two steps, we can move to the third one.

Third Step: Now we have to understand the rest of features of your cars like music system, Bluetooth connectivity, a Navigation system, Seat adjustment, wipers and AC and much more so you can enjoy your long driving with much comfort.

Conclusion: To make your journey comfortable as an Admin in Salesforce technology, You must be aware of other Salesforce features.

Moral Of The Story: Driving a car much more easily than making a car. 

Never stop investing. Never stop improving. Never stop doing something new

So don't stop just jump on the driver seat and try to drive the car. And don't worry about over speed or accident as you are in the learning stage and it's your local org. :D
