How Much Did It Cost Me to Move to Portugal?
When I met my future wife, everything started to shift. Together, we began planning a new life—a life with purpose, passion, and global impact. We didn’t just dream of moving to Europe; we dreamed of creating something extraordinary: a global business that would inspire millions of people every day while bringing us fulfillment and joy.
Initially, I thought moving to Europe meant continuing my work as a business analyst, just as I had in Russia and Azerbaijan. But no matter how hard I tried, nothing worked. Every door seemed closed. Then, I had a realization: I wasn’t listening to my soul.
I began asking myself the tough questions:
The answers became clear: I didn’t want to work for others anymore. I wanted to create something of my own, something meaningful. I wanted to inspire millions of people and build a business that would leave a legacy.
As soon as I aligned my intention with my soul’s calling, everything started to fall into place. My wife and I came up with an idea for a startup, applied to various accelerators and incubators around the world, and eventually received an invitation to Portugal.
And how much did it cost? $0. Absolutely nothing. We flew to Portugal, received our residency, and began building a new chapter of our lives.
In the four years we’ve been here, my life has transformed in ways I never imagined. I didn’t just launch a startup; I also tapped into parts of myself I didn’t know existed. I wrote my first book, “The Co-Creation Formula”, followed by my second book, “The Vloompies”, for both children and adults. I started playing the piano without any formal training and composed original music, eventually releasing an album “TIMELESS”.
All of this happened because I learned to listen to my heart. It guided me not just to move to Portugal but to my true self, my creativity, and my calling.
