Do you find yourself on a survival mode with your business?
If your answer was yes it is time to make a change!
Instead of focusing on how and from where you can bring more money in order to cover your expenses, you should focus on working on your business foundations.
4 tips to help you move away from it:
? As a start get to know yourself because you are the brand! And if you don't know who you are how can you expect your audience to get to know you, to get to know your brand? Your audience wants to build relationships with you, but how can they do so if they don't know who you are and if they can relate to you and you to them.

? Focus on building strong and solid foundations for your business, without this you can't build a brand that is going to be here for the long run. As part of your business foundations you need to make sure you have a clear business strategy, accurate definition for your audience, find a niche to focus on and have a clear key message.
? Build a business plan or marketing strategy plan for you to follow. A business plan you build before you start a business or when you want to enter a new market. Marketing and strategy plan is one we need to do once a year and every year! We want to use those plans to help us move forward and plan your growth.
? Use the plan as a guideline which going to help you stay on track while working on achieving your goals. The main purpose of the plan is to help you make sure you stay in line with your business strategy, your bigger picture, because this is what's going to help you grow.
? We tend to move from one thing to another just because it's not working as we wanted it to, but this is a huge mistake! Be consistent, keep on trying, don't rush to judge so quickly. Try it one more time if not more but and there is a big but! Don't just copy paste it one more time, make small adjustments as per your inputs on why it wasn't working. Doing the same thing over and over again it's the definition of insanity.
