How to Mitigate All Material Pains?

Most Respect Scriptures (such as Bhagavat Gita, Quran, and Bible) for their Religious Significance. They also offer Practical Advise or Guidance for Everyday Living. They are filled with Divine Instructions/Teachings on How to Achieve: (1) Physical Health, (2) Mental Health, (3) Emotional Health, (4) Financial Health, and (5) Spiritual Health.

To illustrate, let me share a verse from Bhagavat Gita. Chapter 6 (Dhyana-Yoga), Verse 17:

"He who is regulated in his habits of eating, sleeping, working and recreation can mitigate all material pains by practicing the yoga system."

* Now what is Practicing the Yoga System?

It means becoming a Yogi and connecting with the Divine. Yogi is one who is Self-Realized or Self-Controlled, follows teachings of the Divine, and achieves the highest perfection in life -- filled with happiness/bliss.

* What is Foundation for Happiness?

The Foundation of Happiness is Divine Consciousness.

* Why?

One who is Divine Conscious, he will have Spiritual Intelligence.

One who has Spiritual Intelligence, he will have Steady Mind.

One who has Steady Mind, he will be Peaceful.

One who is peaceful, he will be Happy.
