Last Thursday, Nov 16, 2023, several hundred of the most influential executives from the world's most successful Companies joined House of Rose Professional Pte. Ltd. to celebrate the 2023 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky - the success and leadership summit for women. Ltd. 's MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD.

MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD is simple. Yet highly complex.

The world is seeing turmoil and unrest as never before with men (often the wrong men) taking a disproportionate share of the leadership, depite all evidence to the fact that gender balanced leadership delivers better business results, better innovation, better CSR, lower fraud and GREATER SAFETY!!

Consider the following.

?Better business: Companies with 30% women executives bring in as much as 6 percentage points more in profits*

?Better leadership: When considering a potential employer, 61% of women look at the diversity of the employers leadership team, 67% at whether it has positive role models similar to them, and 56% at whether the organization publicly shares its progress on diversity**

?Better Corporate Governance: Gender diversity on boards is connected with better corporate governance and board oversight and less unethical behavior***

?Better Safety: An analysis by the US Non-Profit Inclusive Security of 182 Peace agreements between 1989 and 2011 found that an agreement is 35 per cent more likely to last at least 15 years if women are included as negotiators, mediators and signatories.?

We need a different kind of leadership. More inclusive. More collaborative. More medium term vs. the nonsensical 30 year goals which let the ones setting those goals vanish into retirement long before they are achieved. But we need men, women, all genders to build it TOGETHER.

In mid-2020 only 14 Female CEOs were at the top of the world's 500 largest Companies. 14 women. 486 men. Absurd in a day and age where it is estimated that 70% of retail decisions are made by women!!

So Mission 2029 for a Better World is focused on the following goal:

To quintuple the number of Female CEOs in the world's 500 largest Companies (from 14 in 2020 to 70 in end 2029) and to DOUBLE the number of Male CEO's actually investing in gender diversity & inclusion (instead of simply waxing eloquent on it once a year on March 8).

That would make our world more successful from a business, innovation and community perspective. Fundamentally it would make our world safer.
