Millets are naturally a rich fibre content, it will help us on ease constipation issues and any problems with digestion.

Millets are basically diverse. We can cook Millets for breakfast, lunch or even for dinner. We can use Millet rice instead of white rice in your recipes, and our food preparations will be significantly healthier and future proof. Millets rule the world in terms of Organic culture and healthy lifestyle.

It can control blood sugar and cholesterol levels eventually and thus far provide us a healthy and stable cycle to our metabolism.

We should go back to our anchestor’s food and diet pattern where most of food prepared with fresh masala at home. Say for an example, Idli batter can only be fresh for a couple of days, during refrigenated mode for a week, it is obvious that the water and air content will be more in Idlis. This is a clear chance of Increase in Blood sugar levels. Along with Millets, include raw vegetables and fruits and get some dose of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.

Reduce Carbs, replenish your diet with millets and reject high calorie food, that is mantra we should adhere and follow from our heart to lead a healthy lifestyle.
