2 年The prospects of AI, to say "is profound", is an understatement. We keep discovering the many applications of AI as fast as the technology itself is evolving. Microsoft has a great start and will likely have the head start in making the technology readily accessible to the average internet user. The average internet user will most likely start accessing AI firsthand through Bing or already. And introducing Co-Pilot in Microsoft's proliferate Microsoft 365 applications will tilt the scale further down Microsoft's favour in the productivity suite arena. I ask myself how Microsoft's ChatGPT #Bing is beginning to measure up against Google's soon Bard #Google, and how #ChatGPT and #Bard's love affair will stand the test of time. In any case, the recent acceleration in AI development makes me believe we are only a few inches from hitting the bull's eye on artificial general intelligence. However, some critical questions beg for answers before we achieve a singularity in AI; What are the global Ethics and Legal Frameworks in the adoption and application of general AI?
