A coach, on the other hand, is more like your personal trainer focused, goal-oriented, and all about helping you master specific skills or overcome a challenge. They’ll give you the practical tools and structured feedback you need to level up quickly. So, while both are great to have in your corner, a mentor helps you see the forest, and a coach helps you climb the trees!
Mentor, Leader, or Boss ? What’s the Difference?
It’s important to understand the different roles that mentors, leaders, and bosses play in our lives, too. While they might overlap at times, each has a unique impact.
