Put on something form-fitting in order to get accurate measurements. You might also find it useful to take your measurements while looking in the mirror. This will help you determine if you're properly positioning the measuring tape.

Follow these easy steps :?

• Take all of the measurements in inches or centimetres with a measuring tape. Wrap the measuring tape around your bust at its widest point. Maintain a snug fit with the measuring tape around your chest. Don't make it too tight. Check and record the measurement.

• Measure the smallest part of your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around this part of your body and record the measurement in inches or centimetres. Check that the measuring tape is not too tight. Check that it's snug but that you can still fit one finger between the measuring tape and your skin.

• Identify and measure the widest part of your hips. This is usually at the crotch level. At this point, wrap the measuring tape around your hips and record the measurement in inches or centimetres.

It is very simple to identify your body shape once you have the correct body measurements. All you need to do is Compare the three measurements to see which is the largest and which is the smallest. To help you visualize your body shape, rank your bust, hip, and waist measurements from largest to smallest.
