How to Measure Problem-Solving Success

Effective problem-solving is crucial for any organization, but how do you know if your efforts are truly successful? Measuring the impact of your problem-solving initiatives ensures that you're not only addressing issues but also driving continuous improvement and long-term success. Here’s a guide on how to evaluate your problem-solving efforts using key metrics and tools focused on quantity, quality, and return on investment (ROI).?


1. Set Clear Objectives?- Define Success
