If service design claims to be an alternative change methodology how do we prove it?

We will walk through how we align metrics to service experiences and measure outcomes.

To do this, our clients at Novo Nordisk in Europe and EQI in Brazil join us to share their experiences of employing our metrics methodology.

Topics we will discuss

If we intend to be customer-centric then we need to measure that way. By sharing stories from employee experience we will dig into how to align metrics to experience and most importantly to desired customer and business outcomes.?

  • First, we will share how to set up an outcomes and metrics framework at the outset of a change program to provide measurements that align with experience.?
  • Second, we will hear from a program that has delivered impact and outcomes in the world. We will ask; how they got there, what their outcomes are and what the critical success factors were.
