LinkedIn has become a powerful platform for professionals to network, showcase their skills, and advance their careers. In today’s competitive job market, having a strong and impactful LinkedIn profile is essential for professional success. Here are some insightful tips on how to maximize your LinkedIn account.

Optimise Your profile: Your LinkedIn profile is essentially your online resume, so it's crucial to ensure that it is complete and up to date. Use a professional head-shot presenting you in a manner you wish to be perceived , craft a compelling story and provide short yet descriptive story. More than your title why should people follow you? What makes you and your brand Unique ? Banner should be about 1584 x 396 px. Grab attention. Use your brand logo colours and make it bold.

About Section - Keep this short and clear which tells exactly what you do/what your company does with a Structure of Hook, Story ,CTA, and Value Proposition.

Experience section- Make sure to highlight the key Skills, Achievements, Work Experience you’ve built up over the years. ?

Build your Network: Assume your Network to be a small part of your family it not only helps you grow but also displays professionalism where you can collaborate, use for mentorship and career development, joining communities to get better insights is always a good idea. Connect with professionals from your industry, former colleagues, classmates, and industry influencers.

Hypnotise Your Followers: Hypnotise your followers by posting engaging content that will compel them to follow you with backlinks/hyperlink to it which will not only help your LinkedIn page to grow but will also help the backlinked page to get more visitors . Engage with your network by sharing industry-relevant articles, insights, and updates.

Posting Tips:

a) Repurpose high performing content with a new hook and rewrite.

b) Post at the same time every day. Be consistent with your posts as your audience needs to know when to expect your posts.

c) Do not post more than twice a day , two posts also if really needed or important.

d) Stack high impression posts and high follower posts.

e) Pin one post that you think has the best engagement and content.

a) Post Ideation: Use Tapilo, Chatgpt, AuthoredUP for growing in your niche, Hooks, Formatting, Topic Selection, Visuals and Writing Approach

b) Follow the 4-1-1 Rule: LinkedIn says that for every single piece of content you share about yourself (or your organization), you should share an update from another source and, most importantly, share four pieces of content written by others. Why called 4-1-1? 4 pieces of curated content, shared from external sources.?1 piece of original content, produced by you.?1 piece of promotional content, aimed at making sales.

c) Reply to all comments: Reply within first hour and engage with comments and people 30 minutes before and after posting .

d) Leave quality comments- Treat each comment like mini post and add value with insights and tips and don’t be the first to comment on your own post, do reply to other people's comments ASAP.

e) You can use tools like Canva, notion and MidJourney for writings and visuals .
