This is something I’ve undergone myself, a shift from someone who no one was paying attention to, couldn’t get people to speak to me or give me the time of day, to someone who gets DM’s daily on how to work together and new people join me almost daily to work with me.?
I wanted to make sure to be in full integrity before teaching it to you.?
The only reason it’s worked is because I know how to get people’s attention from a place of who I’m being.?Not just from what I’m doing. ????♀?
If you know how to shift and get clear on who you’re being now, and then who you would need to be in order to bring the highest version of yourself forth...
You’ll always know how to get opportunities coming to you, and salary negotiations become easily a formality.
Which means it’s a very valuable thing for you to spend your time learning, even more valuable than submitting another resume into the place where no one sees it.
(There’s no hurry to do that ??)?But see, the problem is sometimes when I say,?“Hey! Wanna change your identity?”?This doesn’t sound that fun.?
I mean, who you are now has gotten you this far, right?And you are a successful person.
And you probably like a lot of things about yourself now.?
It may even sound offensive or weird, like “I don’t want to change who I am it sounds like you want to change me and I’m just fine how I am.” ????♀?
I’ve been doing a lot of research and reading a lot of books on what changing identity means on at the subconscious level.?
And it’s not for everybody.
I’m reading this one book for a second time called: “Losing your mind and creating a new one” and its very complex stuff, it’s taken me 3 or 4 times of reading it to grok the complexity of it and I’ll probably read it a few more times.?
Like… seriously? ??
Ain't no one got time for that.

’re looking for your new high-paying job, and you need to be in demand now.?
So, I was really interested and inspired to make this process simple, a radially simple, and easy to grasp alternative that you can see the results of within 2 weeks of focused work.?
Because shifting identities is not as difficult as it seems.
And it opens up the channel for you to create from a different space.
But when everyone around you is seemingly “struggling” It’s very important for you to know…?
That YOU are creating a different result than them, is NOT Actually a problem or even that difficult to do.?

It’s happening every single day.

? Small changes and big changes and both together!

I mean kind of like if YOU Can create amazing results in an organization IF they were to hire you!
But if you can’t show them or convince them that you can, then your skills are useless right??
So how do we shift at the identity level in a way we can easily understand that can be simple enough for anyone who wants to do it to do it, and how can we do it, so it doesn’t require a degree in psychology and reading a bunch of books 11 times to rock how it’s done? ??

Think of it as a natural evolution of who you are supposed to become.
Who you’re going to become very intentionally and who you were always supposed to be.?A valued in-demand well-paid professional who’s loving their career. ??
