How to maximise existing learning provision and workflows

How to maximise existing learning provision and workflows

Welcome to the March edition of the Learning Engagement Newsletter. ??

I speak to many clients who don't always necessarily approach us to help them design new learning content, rather a way to optimise and rationalise what they have already.?

Frequently on the agenda is, how can you make learning more personalised and relevant to staff to help increase engagement levels? ???

The shift toward personalized learning is not new, but in 2025, advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics have made it more scalable than ever.?

The significant emergence of AI in Learning has magnified this personalised learning trend and what that means is that L&D teams are increasingly looking towards the creation of modular and flexible content. Microlearning, composed of short, focused learning experiences, provides employees with access to just-in-time resources that align with their goals and drive growth in the organization. ?

So what we are witnessing with many client organisations is a huge shift to adopting AI solutions and AI ‘bolt-ons’ to?the existing Learning Technology stack. There are for sure some that work better than others, and some created by technology companies who may lack the understanding of what good learning looks like. After you carefully consider what challenges you seek to address?and are clear about the benefits AI can bring you, a small investment in an AI solution which could really enhance your efforts to create more personalised learning could be extremely worthwhile.?

A client recently saw a demonstration of our own AI powered L&D platform which we call Learning Content AIQ. ?

??During the demonstration there were several light bulb moments where the client realised that having an AI solution would enhance the workflows of his team by helping to analyse and update company learning content at scale. Further, the solution is able to take existing content, and when mapped against job roles it reveals potential skills gaps. This particular client has created a company-wide value loop, and has unearthed many other ways that other functions across the business could use the solution such as Marketing for creating podcasts, and Talent teams updating existing onboarding content to create a more engaging experience for new hires.??

So if you are looking to do more with your existing content, and increase engagement with more personalised learning or if your company has been disrupted and needs to improve workflows and outputs with less resource, AI is the answer to maximising the value of what you already have.???

I’d love to hear all about?what you are doing to maximise learning and engagement?
