During these times it's so easy to be led by the culture or other people that tell you how you should be living your life.
It’s time to ask yourself what is it that I value most in my life? What is most important to me?
You want to be very clear about what you value because that determines how you spend your time, energy and money.
For example, if you value growth and learning, don’t stop growing and learning.
Often when we become fearful or enter negative emotional patterns we stop doing the things that we value most and can sabotage ourselves.
A strong mind is built in the toughest conditions.
I recently watched the Michael Jordan documentary The Last Dance and it talked about how Michael played each game as if it was his last. I think that is a great metaphor In life. That no matter what is going on in your life, play the day as if it was your last. That's how we squeeze the most out of life.
In these times I believe we should be asking ourselves questions like:
- How can I be more loving towards others?
- How can I be more compassionate?
- How can I be more kind?
- How can I spread more light and use my gifts to help others?
- What is the truest highest expression of myself and am I honouring that?
As it was once said ‘the greater the pain, the greater the awakening.’
This can be a time to shed light on the darkest parts of ourselves and give it acceptance and love. The more you self realise, the more you awaken yourself, the more you can awaken humanity.
