I used to be the one who would get overwhelmed with too many choices. I would spend hours trying to figure out what the best option was, and in the end, I would usually choose something at random.
I was wasting my time and energy, and I knew it. But I didn't know how to fix the problem
Then I read an article that changed my life: "The Art of Choosing" by Sheena Iyengar.
Iyengar talks about how too many choices can lead to poorer decision-making in the article. She cites research that shows that when we're given too many options, we're more likely to be dissatisfied with our final choice.
Iyengar's research made a lot of sense to me. If we're given too many options, it's hard to know which one is the best for us. We might second-guess ourselves and wonder if we could have made a better choice.
So how can we avoid this trap of too many choices?
The answer is simple: Learn to prioritize.

When you have many options, it's essential to identify what's most important to you. What are your goals? What do you want to achieve?
Once you know what's most important to you, it becomes easier to make decisions. You can eliminate options that are not in line with your goals, and you can focus on the opportunities that will help you achieve what you want.
When you have a lot of things to do, it's essential to learn how to prioritize your tasks. You need to figure out what's most important to you and what needs to be done first.
One way to prioritize your tasks is to delegate them. Delegation is the process of assigning tasks to other people. When you trust an assignment, you're essentially saying that it's not a priority for you.
Delegation can be a great way to get things done, but it's important to delegate tasks carefully. You don't want to change something significant to you or that you're not confident someone else can do well.
Learn how to cast the power of prioritization in your life, and you'll be able to make better decisions, achieve your goals, and save yourself a lot of time and energy.
