How to map contradictions for better outcomes

How fluently you connect the dots can make or break you in business.

This shows up by how well you can find the common connecting polarized points to establish a sense of relevance that makes you relevant to others...

...regardless if those others are on either side of the contrast.

Connecting the dots beyond familiar pathways provides a bridge to real life matters that delights others because it helps them rewire what they take for granted.

Here's what I've noticed about people who always seem to be on the cutting edge of thought leadership, business outcomes, and conscousness...they always seem to provide solutions that don't recreate the past or what already exists.

They manage:

* Opposing perspectives: See an issue from multiple, adjacent angles then synthesize them in a way that hits what relevant and meaningful to whoever listens to their perspective.

* Egos (both their own and others): Reliant on an sophisticated operationalization of how awareness, consciousness, and reality intertwine in a way that leaves space for everyone's awareness to find theirs.

* Legitimacy: Are experienced as genuine because underneath the surface, they really do understand each facet of complexity and have harmonized them in their own minds.

* Micro details by undertanding the Macro context: Know that polarized opposites fit together into the same container because they connect both within a cohesive spectrum instead of disparate parts.

* Independence: Are ok if no one else gets their methodology because they bridge what they know is possible beyond what people know is real and don't judge them as being behind.

* Leadership: Are depended on for stability no matter what happens because they've learned to stay balanced dynmaically because their center is not tied to the external connections that everyone else is.

* Adaptability: Direct easily that others understand because of their ability to connect to a sub-facet of an issue that others can't see.

* Probabilities: Have a fairly good expectation of what's most probable to exist given shifting possibilities of how humans react to external events that are trending in a certain direction.

* A Shifting Map of Possibilities: Enjoy working for a future that forms on what resonants within themselves that connects to each human at a core essence level

Connecting the dots articulates how consciousness, the sum of all components of your mindset, strategy, spiritual self, and action, becomes functional and useful in business and beyond.

This is what thought leaders, those who lead their thoughts with functional consciousness, look like.

And, I think the time is about right for all of us to adopt some of these aspects so we can free ourselves to what hovers on the present edge of things because it may be unbeknowest to you that you already are.
