How many ways can Linkedin evolve

What would a successful Linkedin do to sharpen its edge and take the world by storm all over again....Lets bring together collective crowd contributed strategy building. Have ideas for companies, share them here...Linkedin was my instant choice, as I quite love the platform.

Groups Strategy: Certainly there is wealth here to be mined, maybe consolidation of groups in aligned spaces, with similar objectives could be a step forward. Enabling it subtly Linkedin could suggest to group owners to merge and co-own them. Maybe wearing group owner badges on profiles will increase the sense of ownership and need to build on groups you start. Do it yourself, do it how you want to, resulted in prolific interest and rampant growth but some re-thinking is required here.

Global Localization, yet more personalization: Language? to me at least it's very English, is that bad? maybe not. Does Linkedin need to promote knowledge on its language options, maybe yes. Would it make sense to have a linkedin.in, maybe. Would your profile raise above the bar for connections across the world or within an Industry? Would a mini info-graphic of my profile be better than a summary? May I know by what random means names of my connects appear alongside my profile?( I asked this to customer support, they had no answer!). Will Linkedin promote/easy enable video resume's? Would country/industry micro-sites under a global umbrella work?

Career/Employer/Employee: Its getting a bit overwhelming and real that jobs and recruiting is linkedin's highest perceived value. Ummm....but the yet bigger pie is maybe sales facilitation or just plain voluntary feedback. why is this a bit buried in comparison? What is wrong with reaching out to people you don't know personally, when you have value to offer them. There are leaders in companies who love to hear from a random, no vested interest customer and there are others who don't bother to respond even when you are telling them about the biggest insurance scam in their company! on the bit about sales facilitation, the bonus could be the ads multiplier.

Create Urgency/ Be Liberal: There is need to make people update profiles in real time, a sense of urgency around this is required. Borrow this habit from FB and be completely unlike it! Radically liberalize which profiles we can see, who we can reach out to. Let the user regulate his incoming messages and set the barriers as appropriate.

Dare I push thinking, to a company with nearly 75% market share in its segment.Yes. Dare companies go to their employees and dig deep into thinking for some path breaking strategy. Just maybe.

Here's advise for #Myntra add details for fabric quality, everything else being great, the fabric quality has been disappointing on some orders...
