So your offer just got accepted for the home of your dreams , and closing is the typical 30 to 45 days away. Now you’re wondering if you have the right to visit the property again and how many times are you able to do it before closing?

Right after executing the contract, you and your inspector and any technicians would absolutely visit during the option period. But how about if you wanted to revisit after the option period but before closing?

The answer is ‘YES’, as the home Buyer, you can absolutely visit and the Seller’s must grant you and your agent access to the home at reasonable times.
