Because there is a way to determine if your SEO efforts are working. And it's with KPIs.
SEO KPIs track metrics across various marketing activities to gauge which strategies are working to increase your digital presence. There are hundreds of SEO KPIs available to track, but we'll just give you seven.
1. Organic Search Traffic: Understanding how many visitors come to your website—and why—informs future optimization techniques.?
2. Page Load Time: Poor page load time (> 4 seconds) affects your Search ranking.
3. Search Ranking: Google prioritizes E.E.A.T to rank your website's content (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
4. Average Session Duration: Monitoring average session duration lets you discover if people are hanging around to engage with your content.
5. Bounce Rate: This metric measures how many visitors leave your website after viewing one page and taking no additional action.
6. Organic Click-Through Rate (CTR): Calculate this metric by dividing the number of clicks on your Search result by the total number of SERP impressions.

7. Conversion Rate: Optimizing your website for conversions should be a top priority if your goal is to generate leads and/or gain new clients.
