I love this quote from Sheryl Sandberg, the author of Lean In.

This is a quote about opportunity and is similar to another of my favorite quotes.

I love the concept of using a rocket ship to talk about opportunity and the importance of taking advantage of it. Not everyone will ever have the opportunity to take a ride on a rocket ship. It is a rare opportunity and if you have the opportunity to ride that rocket ship, are you going to worry what seat you are sitting in?

No, Just Get On!

Worry about where you sit later. They key is to be on the Rocket Ship before it takes off. If you wait because you are thinking about what seat, whether they are serving food, or whatever, you will miss the ship!

When opportunity is presented, it is important to take the opportunity at that time. Be on the ship when it sails. Worry where you will sit after you take off.
