How many pieces do you want for your Falt hair weft?

Before the new year holiday, there was a mistake for a Flat hair weft order. Customer want to make 2 pieces for every pack with 50cm for each piece weft width. But the finished products are 2 pieces and 80cm weft width, as we usually do.

Because we did not discuss abt this problem before the production, I have to arrange the a new production for free. Fortunately,we have successfully delivered the hair in the New Year holiday as we wish.

In the factory, we will do 50g per piece and 80-82cm for weft width without the customer requirement.

But Flat hair weft is same with Machine hair weft, it can be cut on your own as the clients demands. However, I suggest that these details can be determined before the factory production. I think this will save customers some time.

And finally, I am very grateful to the customer mentioned above, because she finally paid for the new product.And I just checked the logistics, DHL will arrange delivery on Tuesday morning local time
