How Many Leaders are aware of their Psychology?
The Pathway
The destination is to give you the tools and mindset to live the fulfilling life that you have always desired.
Your Own Mindset Psychology and a Lack of Self-awareness—can you Relate to this operator model in the business world?
Are YOU feeling uncertain about your identity and functioning merely as an operator within the business rather than working on it?
Stuck in a repetitive internal narrative shaped by personal and industry beliefs. Experiencing feelings of inadequacy and insecurity due to a disconnection from yourself and others.
Your self-image does not align with your declared identity as a leader or entrepreneur, as your actions and behaviours contradict these roles. 95% of your thoughts operate from your subconscious mind—the absence of focus – dwelling on the past and surrounded by distractions and negative emotions in the present. Limited understanding of your own neurology leads to a lack of awareness of those you are meant to lead. Unrecognized beliefs and limiting thoughts hinder your progress.
Insufficient comprehension of emotions – rarely present and lacking a growth plan in any aspect of your life.
Your language – words, sentences, and narratives – restricts your mind within neural pathways that create a cycle of unconscious triggers. Feeling isolated, unsupported, sometimes low, always busy, and adhering to a fixed mindset.
Procrastination is prevalent; tasks are constantly delayed. Pain becomes a recurring theme, and you convince yourself and others that “this is just how it is.” Having reached your limit, you resist seeking help, believing your current knowledge defines your reality, though it won't lead to your desired outcomes.
You fail to observe your life from a distance, missing the chance to reflect on your thoughts and emotions, which is essential for awareness of your current state. Internally fixated on your own narrative about how things should be, influenced by your surroundings and the people in your life.
A negative mindset results in poor relationships – a weak connection with yourself, and ineffective communication often marked by abruptness.

Tunnel vision restricts your senses as you retreat inward. Lack of productivity arises from an inability to think creatively or innovate. Failing to maintain a high-level focus leads to feeling overwhelmed and scattered.
Lack of self-awareness about your surroundings prompts you to deceive yourself, even as others question your beliefs.
Disconnection from your children. No one looks to you as a role model. Your sense of significance may mask the truth, leading you to insist that you are fine and everything is okay. You will endure pain until it reaches a critical level, at which point you will shift into high gear to seek the support you need. You wear multiple masks, sharing a distorted narrative with others that only you believe. Unaware that observers label you as a “busy fool,” you remain convinced that everything is fine, allowing your sense of significance to cloud your perception of reality. Living comfortably, you repeat the same routine daily, creating a Groundhog Day effect, where even your inner dialogue becomes exhausting.
Your posture, thoughts, breathing, energy, internal narrative, facial expressions, and emotional state are all negatively impacted. Neglecting self-care and maintaining poor eating habits, you justify your actions by claiming, “I’m busy, do you know who I am and what I do?” You’re becoming a poor communicator, resorting to abbreviated messages across WhatsApp, emails, and texts, resulting in aggressive and misinterpreted communication, sometimes failing to respond altogether. You avoid responsibilities, allowing your to-do list to grow while reacting to situations rather than adopting a mindset of continuous improvement.
