How many of these have you read?
Terry Schmidt, Strategy Execution Planner
Turn Strategic Goals into Real Results. Consultant/Trainer, Logical Framework Expert
Every author is thrilled when their book hits a “best of” list. So when my book Strategic Project Management Made Simple (Wiley, 2nd edition) made the list of the top 14 curated by, Dheeraj Vaidya, CFA, FRM at Wall Street Mojo,?I did a happy dance.
What makes my book unique is that it offers a simple methodology that cuts project design time in half while doubling the chances for success. This logical framework incorporates principles from the scientific method, project management, management by objectives, agile, and team-building.?

2 年I am currently reading "Fail Forward" by John Maxwell, not a project management book per se, but I find most leadership books are valuable to keep our soft skills honed

2 年I loved YOUR book, friend! I would say my favorite project management books are those which don't appear to be about project management at all. Atomic Habits. Range. Begin Boldly. High Conflict. Leadership and Self-Deception. Plays Well With Others. Influence is Your Superpower. The Opposable Mind. Honest to Greatness. What's Your Problem? Indistractable. Why Are We Yelling? The Bible! Our biggest challenges usually aren't the technical side of project management, though well-intentioned people may not agree with me. By reading and interviewing the authors of these "non-PM" books, I've grown in my ability to lead and deliver! Thoughts? P.S. For the record, I have not interviewed the authors of the Bible on the People and Projects Podcast. :)
