Do you have 'brain freeze?' Another failure??Sound familiar??
Are you?someone who stays stuck and limited in your potential? Maybe you think this is your destiny in life.?
I know that limiting thoughts sucks the energy out and screws with one's ability to manifest the desired life and career?because it stops?you in your tracks!
I learned to apply a little practical thinking and recognize that?Limiting beliefs?(for me) is a type of fear of failure. For example: “I am not capable of becoming a big success like....” or “I don't need to make $xxxxx, I'm good with $x”...etc.?
It's really our minds worrying that we can't make it?to the next success story. We fear we'll fail to make it. And then we will look like a double failure. Those limiting thoughts keep you stuck.
Here is what you can do...
1.? Fail To Success: Each time?you fail, get back up and?take action again.? Each time you create another way, you become stronger and closer to success.?Failure is?EMPOWERING. ?“You?can not?fail?when you continue to strive to achieve your goal(s). Ask any inventor how many times they 'failed' to invent something. Example:?Henry Ford went bankrupt three times before he devised the assembly line to mass produce the Model T car.??“Thomas Edison, inventor of the first light bulb said, ‘People give up because they don’t know how close they are to success,’”
?2.?IDENTIFY: ?When?you are in 'fear-based' beliefs and thoughts. Ask yourself, Do I procrastinate? 'Fear-based' behavior is anything you do that is basically a self-fulfilling prophecy, such as procrastination, perfectionism etc…,. You fear failing, so you do things that stop you from succeeding.
?3.?CHANGE YOUR MINDSET: Sit in a quiet space with?your eyes closed. Ask? yourself, What?am I believing, thinking, feeling (scared, unmotivated, anxious, etc).?Then lean into the beliefs, thoughts,?feeling(s) ?(because avoidance doesn't work) and then look at the truth and recognize and respond to it in an empowered way. For example: There is a way, I will find it. I will rest to rejuvenate my mind. I will start anew.

?4.?TAKE IMPERFECT ACTION: I will take imperfect action towards what I desire now while I'm feeling the strongest.
Maybe these four steps seem like a lot, but it takes less than 5 minutes. Do it daily in the morning to start your day and/or do it as the occasion arises. You will notice you are accomplishing more when you set your intentions for this adventure.
I remember my parents?told me this--"There is nothing you can not do, if you set your mind to it." And you know what?? They were right! There is absolutely nothing you cannot do if you?decide to do it! Of course, there are some things you won't accomplish.?You won't grow wings and fly like a bird. If you set up an impossible human goal, you are setting yourself up for failure. Then, you can say, I told you so.
When you take these four steps you will be amazed at the incredible success that you?create.
If you are unable to transition with these steps, I am here to assist you to clear out a stubborn limiting belief that you are unable to identify or transition out of.
Here's to your newly created successes.
