How many products / services will you need to sell at XXX price?

And, how many employees will you need to handle the above?

How much will you have to spend on marketing or advertising to attract the attention of these clients?

Have you accurately worked out your Customer Acquisition Cost?

If all you are doing is dividing your marketing / advertising spend by the # of new clients then you are missing a vital part of the cost.

Which means your CAC calculations are wrong.

If that is incorrect, then your overall profits generated and CLV is also wrong.
