Cooperative dairy plant in India received 1, 50.000 Kgs. raw mixed milk from milk suppliers in the road milk tankers each containing 10,000 Kgs. Milk.
?Basic rate for buffalo milk= Rs 800/Kg fat (6.50x800/100) = Rs 52.00/Kg.????????????????????????????????????????????
As per60:40 two axis formulae buffalo whole milk ( Bench marked composition) would be paid Rs 5200 for 100 Kg? milk containing 6.50 Kg. fat, 8.84Kg. S.N.F., 15.34Kg. Total milk solids (29 C.L.R.)

S.N.F. Rate=Rs (52.00x40)/8.84x100= 235.29411/Kg. S.N.F.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Total milk solids rate Rs. /Kg. = (Rs 54.928172/15.34)=Rs.3.3898305/Kg.
Fat % and S.N.F. % of milk in each tanker is indicated against each. Participants are requested to fill in the blank columns besides indicating C.L.R., % of cow milk, buffalo milk and added water if any contained in each tanker. ?????????????????????????

Digital hydro analysis technique may be used for working out exact % of Cow milk, Buffalo milk and added water if any in raw mixed milk.
