After COVID-19, my professional and personal life was a little choppy. Work-from-home pressure, no house help, from cleaning to cooking to taking care of everyday things started taking a toll on my mental health.

Work, work, work..... that's all I did from morning to bedtime.

Sitting in frustration, I was once just scrolling my Instagram when I came across a reel on manifestation. MANIFESTATION was a new concept for me at that time. However, my inquisitive mind did not stop and I started to read more about Universe talking and Manifestation techniques.

After thorough research for a week, I started with simple affirmations of things I wanted to be or wanted to achieve. This created a lot of positive force around me that I could feel.

I am not saying manifestation is magic, but yes your thoughts do create a wave of positivity and you start reaching your goals.

But what does manifestation mean?

In simple words, it is a technique to manifest or bring about something specific in one's life, such as a goal, dream, or positive change.

When it comes to manifestation as mental health, it plays a huge role as our thoughts are also responsible for how we feel. If we're always thinking negative, chances are, we'll feel negative.
