How to Manage Your Social Media Accounts The Right Way

How to Manage Your Social Media Accounts The Right Way

Social media is changing all the time, correspondingly social media tools are constantly changing. Whether they’re tools for social media management, visual media, or analytics, there’s always something new.

 Social Media management tools, What-Now?

Social media management tools can effectively help you manage multiple accounts at scale and can help improve your efficiency. While there are so many social media tools that exist, which one do you choose from?

I’ve listed some of my favourite social media tools, that will give you more insight. I chose these platforms because they facilitate platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. These seem to be the most popular social media platforms that most businesses have to have.

I’ve divided the most efficient tools into two segments; self-service tools and enterprise tools. Making it much easier to understand and it will help you identify an appropriate tool for your social media page. The self-service tools that I’ve mentioned include prices which I believe are beneficial, as it will give you an idea of a budget to look into.

Self-service tools

  •  Best suited for small to medium business.
  • Prices range between $10 to $200 per month, many of which offer free trials.

Some examples of the appropriate tools are:

Sprout Social

Pricing starts at $59/user/month

Sprout social supports platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. I think this tool is a tool that should be taken into consideration because it provides reports for social accounts and shows social content and monitored keyword searches in one stream. You can schedule content on all your accounts with a convenient publishing system and manage your Social messages on the go with a mobile app available on IOs and Android.

ScheduGram

Pricing starts at $20 per month.

ScheduGram is an Instagram post scheduler, with support for multiple accounts and bulk uploads. What I like about Schedugram is that its one of the very few apps that make it possible to schedule posts on Instagram via a web interface, saving you a lot of time.

Enterprise tools

  •  Fitted for large organizations
  • Prices starting at $1,000 per month, that require a demo with their team to get started.

Oracle SRM

Oracle SRM is recommended for large enterprises. It’s a third party tool, which includes information that can be accessed to help you get information about your target audience so that you can specifically market to their needs. Which I believe is very important

Falcon Social

Falcon Social is intended for large enterprises. It includes the usual social media management features, along with team tracking and permissions, competitor listening, and more.

At the end of the day social media is about creating new opportunities for business growth and it's about connecting with your audience. Using the appropriate tools can help free up your schedule and give you more time to focus on other aspects of your business.
