1. CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Clear communication is paramount because you aren’t physically in the same space as everyone on your team. Impromptu conversations can’t be had, so you must be intentional with your communications.

1 年If I may add, be responsive to phone calls, official IM / chat systems, emails, etc. It's all about communication, if one takes hours or days to revert, then as the manager, I may just ask you to return to office to work. Just sharing from actual experience as HR professional.
