How to Manage a Team

First of all we need to win the trust of the team. The word trust is used often, very few really mean in its real sense. Trust is the hard work, meeting deadlines, working dedicated, smart in dealing the things etc which is divided by "self interest". Yes a person doing hard work for a very selfish motive, team members will never trust such people. The self which reduces the trust increases. Need to increase the trust of team members of anyone, need to reduce the self interest. It is very difficult to make it understood by people who always trained to think of self as a first thing. Such people are respected on face not really.

The major trust building is, team work. Meaning work as a one team in highs and lows. In field support each others and try to make everyone a winner. Do not wait for the person to fail then tach him what to do. This will reduce the confidence in the people which will never come up again. Work with team in such a way that you are the support for the team not a supervisor for the team. As team members understand slowly that you are also part of them in highs and lows we can have a high coherence and high understandings. Afterall who like to have a person who is witnessing a failure without helping?

Lets build trust by reducing the self interest. Will we ??
