I delivered a presentation at a Climate Emergency conference in November 2019. When I deliver presentations at conferences like this, I usually get a handful of people coming up afterward to say they liked the presentation.
However on this occasion, I had treble my usual!
I had identified a need in the community and so I promised myself I would get the presentation committed to video..but life got in the way.
Then COVID 19 happened and there is probably more need for this presentation now than ever so here it is!
In this 20 minute video, I talk about issues that are common knowledge but not common practice.

I talk about how to maximize your impact even when you are managing stressors and feel overwhelmed. I talk about the contribution you make and why you are so important. I talk about self-care. I talk about the mindset to manage stress..and I talk about how to take action and have even more impact even during the crisis.
This is aimed at anyone working towards sustainability at work or in the community.
I am not a doctor of course, but this is all borne out of my own personal experiences.
