Business is run by four elements, all are connected with each other. Owner, employees, products and verious customers with their different personality. But due to some limitation of business owners and their teams they are unable to stay connect with their customers. But in business 63% revenue comes from old and loyal customers. So it is important to stay connected with them. Here, I am providing you solution of that problem.

  1. Respect their time: We all know that give respect for take respect. But in business you have to also respect your customers time. You have to be punctual on time when you set the meeting with your customer. Because the customers relies more on the commitment you make. Also you have to pick up phone regularly. Never cancel a meeting without valid reason, because we all know that the first impression is last.
  2. Educate your clients: Every customers want every information about that product which will be buying by them. When you sell something, people will ask you same questions in different ways, but you have to stay calm. And satisfy them with your answer. People will 100% purchase it. Every person wants to be an updated with that product that they use. Continue updating your customers will help you to improve your relation with them, and help to increase your business turnover. Remember one thing you have to be transparent in your business. Describe all weak and strong point of your products.
  3. Maintain positive relation: Relationship is the only way that will help you to make your customer permanent. For maintaining positive relationship you have to always ready for help and courage them with your positive mindset. You have to listen them, carefully. Discuss your past experience, story that will help to make an emotional bonding with them. Give honest feedback of their business product. Say truth in front of them, don't spread rumors of them. Give them priority. Don't pick up a phone when you are in meeting with them. Give them proper attention.
