How To Make Your Side Hustle Work

Because it is not possible, we are not all wired for that. Some people are starters, while others are implementers.

A business needs a blend of both for success. Some entrepreneurs are lucky to be both starters and executors. I’m both. In contrast, other entrepreneurs need someone who can hold it all together while they think about the next big idea.

Organisations need implementers and ruthless executors for the whole to work. So, who will be responsible for building the unicorns we clamour for if everyone starts a business?

I preach that you should find joy in doing what you do and that whatever you do, you do it with all your might.

I also teach different ways to create wealth; entrepreneurship is just one of them.

To succeed with a side hustle, you must set aside time for your side hustle. Stick to a schedule to avoid burnout.

You can say that you will work on your side hustle after the close of business on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.?

Make sure you have relaxation time in between for balance. If you do not, you will always show up to your day job tired, exhausted and very unproductive.

If this persists, you risk losing your job for lack of productivity.

Little steps and effort ultimately culminate in great outcomes. So commit to putting in the work consistently, and do not forget that you are testing your hypotheses.

You want to establish the profitability of your side hustle and ascertain that it is worth all the work.
