As a culinary lecturer I Sadly experience in my classroom students did not show any concern about attitudes. There were many undisciplined events shown by students. For example, undisciplined behavior includes coming to school not on time, not wearing a complete uniform, littering, scribbling school walls, not doing assignments, and submitting assignments not on time. I am not trying to say that all students are very bad.
A teacher cannot be a very rude person to teach, he must be a kind and very strict and discipline person he or she must be very good example for others. I was very concerning to bring back students' discipline and attitudes. I worked very hard with great zeal and dedication to bring back the discipline and attitude of the students to bring them to a good standard in my classroom. I very strongly believe It is valuable to teach students not only the development of knowledge and skills in their hospitality learning process, but also how to build the most important student discipline and attitudes, through the use of the lecture method in an interesting way during their hospitality studies. level and in social life in general will be the basis of building the personality of the students. It can remain in the hearts of students throughout their lives. Learner participation has greatly enriched my professional teaching skills.
