Many companies say they want to be customer-centric. In reality, in most organizations, this mission remains aspirational because it’s not sustained by culture. A customer-centric mindset requires alignment from all parts of the company, starting with leaders who will cultivate the necessary values within their teams.

Rule #1 - build your culture first.

Build infrastructure around the customer

Customer-centric branding is about creating an experience where customers feel heard, not just greeted. This starts by getting to know your user personas and tailoring messages specifically for them so they have a positive response from you every step of their journey with whatever product or service you offer.
