I decided a while ago to take some time out of my day to "just be" and spend some time observing and learning.
That lasted a day. But then many busy days later I remembered my wish to stop, listen, look. And that became a very rich day.
And I found this article in my drafts - there it was and I had abandoned it. I decided I needed to stop being "busy" and finish my thoughts, set this into my "Done" state once and for all.
So here is my attempt to finish thoughts I had started before the busy days took over.
#1 There at the lights, another multi tasking day - There are the people at the lights looking at their phones holding their lunch and trying to catch up on their way back to work. So many things to do. So little time.
#2 Those with the fire drills - There was the project manager who had tried every method possible and still had not been able to turn the corner on his Red project. I was a part of a fire drill and realized just how insane his day was.
#3 Business needs explosion - Then the most common scenario I had been observing a lot. There was a problem of too much to do and not enough resources

So it boils down to making time for the important things. Making them part of your day so you recover that sense of being inspired. You come back refreshed.
It may involve ideas like
Making the time - Thinking of the incredible pace of transformation I realize that each of us needs this time. This time we can keep our mind meandering, our thoughts tripping in every direction.
You can be just you. You can choose how involved you get. Just being you, your authentic self is perfect.
Looking forward to your comments!

The idea of mindfulness is not new. It is how you focus on being there in the moment. There is also the mindful way to manage your time so it isn't a constant roller coaster. Transformation can do that to you. So it is about getting a sense of you back so you can focus on the important things.
