Deep matt surfaces giving the impression of warmth successfully began to satisfy clients who would like to create a space for living with very elegant and toned-down characteristics at the same time.

There are various kinds of deep matt panels selling on the market, the price also with a big difference, what’s the real difference between of them and why the price has a huge. Below information maybe can give you the answers.

In the market, there are 3 different production processes to do the soft-touch surface panel.?

1-Excimer super matt

With nitrogen?system, without any oxygen during the production, to make the super deep matt finish.

2-PUR laminating

With PUR glue laminate the soft-touch PVC or PET film on the panel surface.?

3-Inert coating machine

With UV roller coating paint and PET film to paint on panel, to get the soft touch. Compare to the excimer system, this kind of panel only with a soft-touch function, without functions like scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, etc.
