Design Strategy
- The original apartment has two balconies. Considering that there is no separate dining area, the sun is placed on the south balcony of the master bedroom. The east balcony is integrated into the living room as a whole, freeing up the dining room.
- The sofa frame is made on-site at the East Balcony, retaining the storage function. At the same time, the TV background wall and the dining table island are combined into one. Inside, there are hidden lockers and three birds with one stone.
- The restaurant adds a set of side cabinets of 30 cm, which can not only satisfy the storage in the dining area, but also have a certain decorative effect.
- The doors of the master bedroom and the second bedroom are moved to the east to ensure north-south transparency. After the doorway of the master bedroom is moved, a row of sky-high wardrobes can be embedded at the end of the bed, greatly increasing the storage area.
- The area of the second bedroom is only 8㎡, and it is laid out in a compact space to meet the children's needs for rest, study and storage in the next few years or even decades.
Restaurant Design
The restaurant is based on a simple off-white + log color, the space is clean and lively, without losing the natural and rustic atmosphere. After the east balcony was incorporated into the living room, an oversized sofa with a length of 6 meters and a width of 83 cm was produced on site. For an apartment with a building area of only 90 square meters, this can be said to be a luxury item. Occasionally, people can stay overnight. The extraordinary capacity gives it more options and possibilities.
In the released restaurant area, tables and island tables are made on the spot, which can accommodate 5-6 people at the same time. The height of the island is 84 cm, which is slightly higher than that of a conventional dining table, so the height of the dining chair is also customized. The TV background wall is embedded in the design of the island platform, which cleverly completes the functional area division of the restaurant.
Houndstooth fabric single chair, simple shape but strong texture, with metal texture of post-modern round coffee table, rigid and soft, hot and cold, light and dark, multi-level contrast, making the living room more flexible and relaxed creating elegant quality of life.
The basic frame of the sofa is designed as a drawer that can store things, which greatly increases the storage space in the living room area. Drawer panel, select the gray molding door with the same color as the sideboard, which has both function and beauty. A large window allows the sun to flood every corner, greatly improving the natural lighting of the restaurant.
Dining Hall Design
The TV background wall is combined with the dining table island, and the conventional table leg support design is abandoned under the table. Instead, it adopts a closed or open modeling cabinet, which can not only store items, but also enhance the space style.The large-area gray sideboard is simple and calm, adding wood color and gold embellishment, which adds a little fashionable personality. The spacious and thick island is warm and practical, with tall black dining chairs, creating a tough and beautiful visual effect for the restaurant.
The sideboard is based on a stable and dark gray texture, and a log-colored hollow cabinet lattice is added in the middle, which echoes the log-shaped ceiling above the sofa, showing different visual levels, full and more three-dimensional.
Kitchen Design
Sandal wood cabinets + white jazz counter tops continue the cleanliness of public spaces. The kitchen span is 1.9 meters. It is a bit wasteful to make L-shaped cabinets, and the storage space is insufficient. The U-shaped design is crowded. Therefore, the designer added a 35 cm wide counter top on the right. The space is not crowded and the operation table is added. And storage space. There is no hanging cabinet on the right side. Use multi-layer black shelves to increase storage, and avoid too monotonous walls.
Bedroom Design
The bedside background of the master bedroom is longitudinally cut with wood grain + white background, which is more layered and visually stretches the space height. The floor is made of fish-bone parquet, which is simple and clean compared with the wall surface, which makes the space a little warmer.
A whole row of ceiling wardrobes at the end of the bed fully meets the storage needs of the bedroom. The dark gray cabinet doors are set against the white wall, which is more prominent and stable. The wall between the bedroom and the dining room is embedded with glass, breaking the monotonous rigidity of the entire solid wall.
Children's room Design
The children's room is not large, but it has everything. A whole row of 55 cm deep wardrobes, 30 cm deep bookcases, 1.5 meters desk, 1.5 meters * 2.2 meters tatami, each size has been carefully considered to meet the children's future years and even Decades of study, rest, storage and more.
Open sandal wood bookshelf, double-layer wood board as the base, and finished wood finishes, the thickness of 4 cm is more three-dimensional. The modern Nordic style transparent chair is full of personality. Hallway Design
U-shaped stainless steel embedded on the top surface to extend the depth of field and expand the sense of visual space.
The built-in point light source and the stainless steel shape are perfectly integrated to provide sufficient lighting for the entrance hall and solve the deficiency of insufficient daylighting. As soon as you enter the kitchen on the left side, you can choose the barn door with its own blackboard wall. The picture can change with the season and mood, making the foyer area more interesting. The moment you go home, you can forget the troubles outside the house.
Bathroom Design
The dry area is independent, boldly choose dark green as the keynote, and the cold white and gray wind in the shower area can effectively alleviate the visual impact of large color blocks, and the whole is fresh and natural, and relaxes and relieves pressure.
