Some people focus on their health, some on careers or some on the family. The first thing is to make sure what goals you would like to achieve in the coming year, should they be those which actually you would like to achieve? It’s not about writing down anything on the paper and thinking it’s my new year resolution and yes I can do all these things whether i want or not…
So, I urge people to find your “WHY”? Find purpose and meaning.
Why it’s a new year resolution for me? Do I really want to achieve it? Can I practically do this??
The first reason NYR fails is that most of the people trying to achieve those goals which they really don’t want or they’re not truly committed to real change so after a few weeks or months they quit.
The second reason, they are not consistent.
The third reason, they’re not seeing progress and lack patience or looking to achieve in a short span of time but the things which really change your life take time such as; developing a new good habit.?When you shift your mindset from making New Year’s resolutions to creating lasting change throughout your entire life, you’ll accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
How can you make your resolution a reality??
To achieve bigger and better you should be ready for a long-term journey because real transformation takes time. So set goals, make a dedicated plan, and be consistent.?

2.???????Write down on the paper
Write your goals on paper or in a journal. If possible, divide it into stages and set timelines to achieve each stage (SMART goals) so you can measure your progress easily.?
3.???????Believe in yourself
Be consistent, passionate, and determined to achieve them.
4.???????Keep Moving and Celebrate your achievements
Might what you planned not to work in a real scenario, you’ll face a setback, you’ll face scarcity of resources, but don’t give up. Ask yourself does it really matters for me to achieve if the answer is yes, then redirect yourself and turn hurdles into opportunities.??
Don’t forget to celebrate your achievements even the smallest ones.?
Forget perfection, always keep an eye on the finishing line. Keep moving as every step towards a goal is better than sitting idle.?Your goal is to do 45 minutes of exercise on Saturday (15 minutes more than the daily routine) but you did just 25 minutes (even 20 minutes less) due for some reason, it's fine completely fine. Move on, don't skip at least do something and next Saturday commit to yourself more strongly.
I wish you all to get everything you want this year, and every year, “HAPPY NEW YEAR” stay safe and blessed.
