How to make more money $$$$$$$$ internationally with better English skills?
Natalia Tokar
English communication coach for A-players | Learn to be YOU in any language | I developed a system of specific exercises to master non-trivial skills and 10x your learning skills
Almost every week, I get contacted by a senior executive who needs to get ready for a job interview in English.
I’ve prepared hundreds of non-native speaking professionals for better jobs. Most of them are leaders in their field.
Here is why people FAIL to take big opportunities even if their English is good:
How to solve each of the problems above: FOCUSED PRACTICE with guidance.
1) If you don’t get the nuance, double down on The Synchronization Exercise . Most likely, you miss important details because you don’t understand every word that people say. Instead, you stitch together the words you do know and create your own meaning of what was said. Also, do the exercises from the “LISTENING” category in the Creative Exercises in the community .
2) If you can’t be spontaneous and real, join our weekly Sunday Practice in the community . That’d be the bare minimum.
If you are ready to do the real work,
3) If don’t know how to be present and focused, start by doing ONE exercise a day.
Post your results. Get feedback. Get better. Now we’re all doing the new GRAMMAR routine. We are doing just ONE exercise a day. Join us! We are learning to make grammatical decisions in spontaneous speech so we sound clear and correct.
The skills you need to learn to make more $$$$$$$$$$ and advance in your career internationally:
Many non-native speakers know how to speak in English, but don't know how to influence others with what they say.
Many are stuck at the same level of learning and relearning "useful" phrases, and never get to practice expressing their REAL self in another language.
"Business English" is not even a discipline worth learning. It's the easiest thing in the world if you already work in an international company.
I've never had a client who worked in a global company and struggled with business vocabulary.
They usually know their words.
They know how to report to higher-ups.
They know how to perform and deliver results.
What they don't know is how to speak about anything BUT work. For examples, about themselves.
They don't know how to build relationships at work, influence others with their ideas, sell their vision, or speak up in meetings when necessary. They feel the impulse to BE or SPEAK, but never act on it.
They talk about work-related tasks all day long. Everyone understands them.

They start telling their story, explaining their vision, talking about children..... and no one understands them.
They often feel othered, misunderstood, and misjudged.
"What if I work in this company for another 10 years, and people will still have no freaking clue who I really am?" - that's what people share with me most often.
The fear and inability to express their real self, their reasons, and their emotions in another language makes them feel invisible.
You can't make more money or even ask for more money if you're invisible (even if your performance is).
Making more $$$$$$$$ is always about leading, inspiring, and influencing other people. It's never about performing one task very well.
Being able to genuinely connect with people is the most important skill, and it's the most ignored skill too.
No one practices the skill of connecting with others when they learn a foreign language. Everyone is focused on themselves. "Did I say this correctly?", 'Please tell me my English is good", "Was it a good speech?", ect.
No one learns to be authentic and spontaneous. Everyone wants to have every next word prepared so as to avoid mistakes.
You can't prepare every next word you say...in any language. Saying what you know instead of saying what must be said in the moment only makes you come across as fake and shallow.
I teach spontaneous expression in a foreign language.
We get as real as we can get.
Watching Netflix, doing English classes, revisiting grammar, attending speaking clubs - these are all the methods of escape in today's world.
I'm not saying they're bad or wrong. I'm saying they don't work for someone who's ready for a real change.
I want people to know that a structured approach to develop spontaneous speaking skills in English exists. The methodology for getting past "advanced English" exists. The people who practice it exist.
And I'm inviting you to join us.
It takes VOLUNTARY transformation.
Most people wait until their pain is so strong that they can't take it any more..
They start working out, investing in their communication skills, learning English, eating healthy...when the pain becomes unbearable.
You don't have to invite crisis to start your personal transformation. In fact, only voluntary transformation prevents crisis because you change faster than the pain changes you.
On October 24, 2024, we begin the LAST cohort of my absolute best program for non-native speakers of English - "Native-Like Fluency".
We will do it LIVE for the last time together.
In 6 months, your English will not be the same. You will sound, think, and express yourself differently.
If your goal is to learn to influence others with what you say and how you say it, make more money, build better relationships and sell yourself with confidence in English, consider joining this cohort.
